This web page is operated by A.R.T. Music GmbH. It is the official web page of the musical project ENIGMA (Michael Cretu). A.R.T. Music GmbH is solely responsible for, all correspondence to the content of the web page, information entered onto the data forms, and for the stored personal data of visitors as well as correction and cancellation wishes of stored data.


For A.R.T. Music GmbH - in short ' ENIGMA', it is an important concern, that all the data that visitors of the web page enter onto the input forms, are treated with absolute confidentiality. This data is used exclusively to inform them, of news of Enigma music, about the artist and other interesting developments in connection with these, of offers and about future projects. These can be in the form of newsletters, emails, web links to other web pages, mobile phone connections or, in the form of other specials or actions.


This web page is the subject of German law. However, there can be no guarantee that all representations, data collections and references to other web pages, will correspond to the laws, rulings and data privacy rules for visitors from any other country, because every country has its own legislation. Hence, the access to this web page is done at the visitors own risk, and they must therefore pay attention to keep those respective laws in mind when disclosing information. However, ENIGMA takes care to offer the highest available protection possible, of data, to all international visitors but it is to be noted, that ENIGMA can accept no responsibility for claims against them in respect of the rights of other countries. Every visitor to the web page should recognise therefore, that their visit and their use of this web page follows spanish law and they use it at their own risk.


This web page will be reworked from time to time, without informing every visitor who has entered data onto a web page form though every change which could affect the rights of a registered visitor will be published on the web page.


This web page is exclusively directed at people over the age of 14 years so any younger visitors would need to ask their legal guardians to enter their data onto the input form. ENIGMA is entitled to delete data or refuse requests for services if it turns out that a visitor is younger than 14 years. ENIGMA is also entitled to demand proof of age.


What happens with the data, ENIGMA receives from visitors?


1. Technical data


From a technical point, ENIGMA can ascertain, amongst other things, from which connection (IP address) an access to this page was made, from which browser it is worked from and on which date and at which time the visitor came in. The storage of these data serves are, on the one hand, for statistical purposes, and on the other, to ease future communication with a visitor.


2. Personal data


Every visitor who enters his name, his address or other personal data in the form fields can be sure that this information will not be used for purposes other than that, to which he has given his approval.


ENIGMA would like to strengthen the worldwide fan community of the Enigma music with the personal data of registered visitors and integrate those visitors into an information network, which they can access via:


- Newsletters

- On-line offers, like music streams, merchandise- and other fan products,

- Mobile phone offers, like graphics, gadgets and ring tones,

- Lotteries,

- Chatrooms


After registration on the web site every visitor receives an access code and a self-elective password so that they can, on future visits to the web page, access their data to read, add to or delete, that data. Should a password be forgotten, ENIGMA will be able to recall the password or to change it, then send that to the visitor via email, which the visitor may, if they wish, change so that access to their data remains secure. It is in the registered visitors own interest to keep their access code secret to secure their data.


After input of their identification data a visitor receives access to the information pages offered by ENIGMA. This access is free, though via a shop system, other services can be also taken up and purchased in the future. The shop system will be operated separately.


ENIGMA intends to enter into cooperation with merchandise partners, from time to time, for some of the activities of the above mentioned network which will be operated externally. The cooperation partners will operate these activities with the help of the data of the visitors but, exclusively in the name of ENIGMA, and provided that no other arrangements with the registered visitors have been previously stated and agreed. The use of the data, of the registered visitors for anything, other than for the above mentioned purposes, in particular for advertising purposes or not being linked to the Enigma music or its connected services, is excluded.


ENIGMA may, in the future, transfer its business activity to another company or merged with another company. In this case the stored data of the registered visitors will be transfered to that new company who may use that data in accordance with purposes that ENIGMA has mentioned above.


ENIGMA personally and technically undertakes all necessary measures possible, to keep the data of visitors secret, to protect them. Nevertheless, no liability can be accepted if that data is inadmissibly used in an unpredictable manner which results in disadvantages for the visitor. Should a visitor become aware of an abuse, ENIGMA is to be informed of it immediately.


Every visitor is asked whether he has read the present privacy statement, and accepts it, before confirming and sending his data. At any time after this confirmation a visitor can ascertain which data about him has been stored.
