The second single from the eighth album, and a meeting of generations. For Amen, Cretu brought in Aquilo, a young British pop duo whose weightless electronic sound sits naturally inside the Enigma world. The song belongs to the album’s larger story of a fallen angel seeking release, and it carries that theme directly: the moment of breaking free, sung not as triumph but as something quieter and more searching.
